no but you can use tractor diesel thats way cheaper than the usual stuff
Yes it can, needs to go through a sieries of heaters so the oil is thin enough, then has special filters to achive the correct microns to pass through the injectors. Will only work through a diesel engine not a petrol engine.

Yes. Just pour the oil directly into the Intake. But if its used cooking oil, It must be strained of its impurites first.
