My 08 accord seems to have gas in oil, car almost brand new?

dealer will examine tomorrow, will tech have to tear engine apart to diagnose problem? if there is gas in oil, can this cause long term damage, can i ask for a new engine, or is that not necessary? much thanksMy 08 accord seems to have gas in oil, car almost brand new?
If you pull the dip stick for you engine oil and find watery spots mixed in with the oil then you have a blown head gasket. Never seen this on such a new car, unless you are king hot rod ;) If it is something as bad or worst than that... You should have no problem at the dealer. You should beg for a new motor if it's nothing too serious though! They'll work everything out with you! gas in the oil can cause damage long term but if you catch it in time you can be ok. a tear down should not be needed, they may have to keep the car for a bit though finding a fuel leak can be a bugger some times. you could have something as simple as a leaking injector. i do not think that a new engine is needed.
Your dealer will have to determine if and how gas got into the oil. If gas got into the oil insist on a replacement engine because gas can destroy all of the seals in the engine.
